Evernew

Evernew has made titanium cookware in Japan since the 1920s, and the weights are the reason people buy it: a 600 ml titanium pot at 95 grams, an alcohol stove at 34. Their non-stick is a silicone-based ceramic rather than a PTFE coating. Not everything in the range is Japanese-made, and we say so per item.
