Evernew Titanium Mug Pot 500 Stove Set — Complete
$183.99
A complete 161 g titanium cook system: alcohol stove, both DX stand pieces, and a 550 ml pot.
An alcohol stove is the quietest, simplest and lightest way to boil water. There is no pump, no jet, no valve and no cartridge — a cup of fuel, a wick and a flame. Nothing in it can fail, it works at any altitude, and the fuel is available anywhere in the world under half a dozen names. The trade is that it is slower than gas and the flame is hard to see in daylight.
A complete titanium cook system weighing 161 grams — under six ounces for the stove, the stand, the windscreen and the pot. That is about the weight of a full canister of gas on its own, before you add a stove to it.
Contents, per Evernew: the titanium alcohol stove, the DX upper and lower stands, and the Ti Mug Pot 500.
What is in the box
- Total weight 161 g (5.67 oz)
- Titanium alcohol stove — 34 g, 70 ml fuel capacity
- DX upper stand and DX lower stand — stand plus windscreen
- Ti Mug Pot — 550 ml (18.6 fl oz) with a fill scale, 75 g, Ø98 × 88 mm
- All titanium, made in Japan
- No fuel
A small inconsistency in Evernew’s own data: this set’s page gives the pot as Ø98 × 88 mm while the standalone pot’s page says Ø97 × 87 mm. One millimeter, on two of their own pages. We mention it only because we would rather flag a discrepancy than quietly pick one.
Note the set is sold as the “500” but the pot’s published capacity is 550 ml — the 500 is the model name, not the volume.
The Power Plate is not included. That is the separate accessory that lets the DX stand burn twigs and solid fuel.
No fuel is included and we do not ship it. This burns alcohol only — denatured alcohol or methylated spirit, which you can buy at a hardware store or pharmacy. Evernew’s own note is that if you buy alcohol fuel at a pharmacy you can boil water with it.
Warranty
Evernew offer a one-year limited warranty. Not a lifetime guarantee — we mention it because several brands in this category do offer one and it would be easy to assume.
Made in Japan.
