Evernew Titanium Non-Stick Deep Pot 900 ml — Lid Doubles as a Frying Pan
$112.99
A 900 ml titanium non-stick pot whose 250 ml lid is a frying pan. 165 g for both.
Titanium cookware exists for one reason: the weight. It is about half as heavy as stainless for the same strength, it does not corrode, and it does not taint food. The trade is that it conducts heat poorly, which means hot spots — so you stir, and you use a moderate flame rather than a blowtorch.
The lid is a frying pan. That is the feature, and the name this is usually sold under hides it completely. You get a 900 ml deep pot and a 250 ml shallow pan that lids it — 165 grams for the pair, both in titanium with Evernew’s silicone-ceramic non-stick, with silicone-insulated handles.
Evernew also publish that a 250-size gas canister stores inside the pot.

A note on a contradiction in Evernew’s own data: their page prints “capacity 250 ml” in the spec block for a product titled 0.9 L. Reading their Japanese and US pages together resolves it — the 250 ml is the lid-pan and the 900 ml is the pot. We have given you both figures separately rather than one confusing one.
About Evernew’s non-stick — what it is and is not
Evernew name their coating, which is more than most manufacturers do. In their own words it is a “ceramic resin coating”, and elsewhere “an organic non-teflon, silicone-based ceramic compound.” They also state they use only PFOA-free non-stick coatings.
So, precisely: it is a silicone-based ceramic compound, not Teflon, and PFOA-free. We are not going to call it PTFE, because Evernew say it is not. We are not going to call it “ceramic” unqualified, because that implies a different kind of coating. And we are not going to call it PFAS-free — Evernew claim PFOA-free, which is a narrower claim, and we are not going to widen it for them.
Evernew’s own care guidance for coated cookware: use nylon or plastic utensils to avoid scratching, and use a lower heat source so food does not burn and stick.
One thing Evernew do not publish, for anything in their range: a direct-flame rating. Their only heat guidance is to use a lower heat source so food does not burn and stick. So we are not going to tell you this is rated for an open fire. On a camp stove with a moderate flame it is exactly what it was designed for.
Warranty
Evernew offer a one-year limited warranty. Not a lifetime guarantee — we mention it because several brands in this category do offer one and it would be easy to assume.
