If you own a Victron device with a VE.Direct port but no built-in Bluetooth, this adds it. The device then appears in VictronConnect on your phone like any Smart model.
Worth it on an older MPPT. A solar controller you cannot see into is a solar controller you cannot diagnose. Forty dollars turns a blind box into one that tells you yield, voltage and what it did yesterday.
