Heat-shrink step-down connectors for joining two different wire gauges in one sealed splice. At 24-22 these are for the fine stuff — sensor leads, instrument wiring, small LED runs — meeting a heavier conductor.
Adhesive-lined, so the joint comes out waterproof rather than merely covered. A corroded signal connection fails intermittently rather than outright, which is far harder to chase.
