The XD Nomadic 2.5 is the 8 ft straight-arm side awning in the XD trim — black canopy, integrated LED lighting along the arms, and a blackout coating on the fabric.

Eight feet is the full-size length: it shades the whole side of a pickup or a van, and it is the one to pick if you are setting up a camp kitchen along the vehicle rather than just getting out of the sun for lunch.

The blackout coating blocks light instead of diffusing it, so the shade underneath stays dark and cooler. The integrated lights run off the vehicle and cover the working area.
