Terminal tackle is the stuff that rusts. Hooks, swivels, split rings and snaps are small, mostly steel, and they live in a box that gets opened with wet hands. A season later half of them are orange and you throw them out.

This box attacks that two ways. The Dri-Loc O-ring seal keeps water out when it is closed, and Rustrictor technology is moulded into the base itself — a vapour corrosion inhibitor that works on the air inside the box, so it protects the hooks even when you have opened it a hundred times. It is not a coating that wears off the surface.

The lid is clear polycarbonate so you identify a compartment without opening it, there is an EZ Label strip for the ones you cannot tell apart at a glance, and the latch is oversized enough to work one-handed with the other hand holding a rod.

Worth being straight about this. If you are storing soft plastics, jigs or anything that does not corrode, you do not need this box and the standard EDGE utility boxes cost a lot less. The premium here buys rust protection. Pay it for terminal tackle and saltwater; skip it for plastics.
