Wall 1 for the passenger-side HD Nomadic 270 awning. This is the panel with the door and window — the one you walk through, and the first wall most people buy.

Walls turn an awning into a room. Shade is only half the problem on a long trip — wind carries dust through camp, afternoon sun comes in sideways under the canopy, and rain blows in no matter how well you pitched it. Zipping walls onto the awning gives you an enclosed space you can cook in, change in, and sit in when the weather turns.

The full-size 270 takes three walls. Wall 1 carries the door, Wall 2 has a window, and Wall 3 closes the run. You can buy them one at a time and build up, or take the complete kit.

Walls are side-specific and model-specific. A driver-side wall will not fit a passenger-side awning, and walls from the LT, LTE or 180 do not fit the full-size 270. Check the model name on your awning's travel cover before ordering — if you are unsure, send it to us and we will confirm.

Fabric and warranty: 280G ripstop poly-cotton oxford with a 3500 PU waterproof rating. HD carries a 4 year fabric warranty and a 4 year structural warranty.
