Adhesive-lined heat-shrink ring terminals. The ring will not pull off a stud under vibration the way a spade can, which is why ABYC practice favors them for anything that matters.
12-10 on a 3/8" stud is the pairing for landing an accessory circuit on a busbar or battery post adapter.
