A minimal first aid kit built around low weight for short trips.

Strips the kit back to what a single person needs for a few hours on foot — blisters, small cuts, a dose of pain relief.

The honest trade is capability for weight. If you want a kit that handles more than minor injuries, the Hiker or Backpacker is a better buy.

Adventure Medical sizes its kits by how far you are from help, not by piece count. Pick the one that matches your worst realistic day, not your average one.
