A hex crimp tool for heavy-gauge lugs, 6 AWG through 1/0. The hex die compresses the barrel on all sides at once, giving a tighter, lower-resistance termination than a single-point crimp.
6 through 1/0 covers most overland builds — auxiliary battery interconnects, DC-DC charger feeds, and inverter runs up to about 2000W. If your build goes to 2/0 or 4/0, step up to the 8–4/0 tool instead.
