Victron MultiPlus 12/2000 Inverter Charger – 1600W Continuous, 80A Charger
$861.90
1600W continuous with an 80A charger and transfer switch. Fine for coffee, tools and a microwave – but read the note on induction cooking before you buy it for that.

The step below the 3000. Inverter, 80-amp charger and transfer switch in one case, 11 pounds lighter and several hundred dollars cheaper than its bigger brother.
Be careful with the badge. This is a 2000VA unit, and VA is not watts - the continuous output is 1600W. That is plenty for a coffee maker, a tool charger, a laptop, a small microwave or a 1200W hob on a low setting. It is not enough to run a 1500-1800W induction hob at full tilt, which is the single most common mistake people make buying an inverter for electric cooking. If cooking is why you are here, buy the 3000.
Where this one is the right answer: you want AC power and shore charging without rewiring the vehicle for a 155-amp load. At 1600W the DC draw tops out around 140 amps and the install stays sane - 2/0 cable on a short run rather than 4/0.
PowerAssist lets a 15-amp campsite outlet punch above its weight by adding battery power on top of the shore supply instead of tripping the pedestal breaker.
