The Windstorm whistle in orange, built for conditions where sound does not carry.

Wind is the hardest thing for a signal to fight, because it both scatters the sound and makes noise of its own. The Windstorm is shaped to cut through that rather than be swallowed by it.

Works wet, and keeps working after being submerged — no pea to jam, nothing to dry out.

Three blasts, repeated, is the recognised distress signal. One blast means I am here.

Carried in marine kits, swiftwater rescue bags and by people who hike in weather rather than waiting it out.
