A full-size bamboo board for a camp kitchen or a chuck box. UST’s case for bamboo over plastic is that it is dense and non-porous, resists moisture, and is less likely to bend, warp or crack.

Specifications

• 11.8 × 8.8 × 0.4 in (300 × 224 × 10 mm)
• Weight 15 oz (425 g)
• Bamboo

No juice groove, handle or strainer — it is a flat board. UST’s catalogue contains no “1.0” version, so there is nothing to say about what changed in the 2.0. Carries a California Proposition 65 warning.

Warranty

UST covers its own-brand products with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. It excludes batteries, consumable and single-use items, normal wear, cosmetic damage, commercial use and unauthorized repair, and it runs to the original owner with proof of purchase, US residents only.
