This is a mount and connection kit — the bracket plus the plumbing to hook the compressor up, rather than a bracket on its own. It is built for the ARB and EGOI II dual air twin compressors.

Made for the cargo area of the Jeep Wrangler JK and JL — inside the vehicle rather than under the hood.

A twin compressor is heavy, and it vibrates hard when it runs. Cable-tying it into a corner of the engine bay works right up until it does not — then you have a loose compressor and chafed wiring somewhere you cannot see.

A purpose-made mount puts it in a spot the manufacturer left free, bolted to existing points, sitting square and clear of heat and moving parts. It is the difference between a compressor that is installed and one that is merely present.

Cargo-area mounting is the usual answer on a Wrangler, where the engine bay is tight and already contested. It keeps the compressor dry, out of the weather and away from engine heat, at the cost of some load space.
