⚠️ Not to be confused with the other wool handle cover. Trangia make two, the distributor gives them near-identical names, and they cost the same. This one is for mess tin and T-Cup handles. The other is a sleeve for the pot gripper (Handle TH25). Check which handle you are trying to insulate.

Why no two are the same color. The wool is recycled felted offcuts from Woolpower’s production, and the color depends on whatever was being dyed that week. Trangia say so, and it means the one you receive will not match the photograph exactly. We think that is a feature; you should know about it either way.

The fabric is minimum 50% wool, maximum 50% synthetic, 2 mm thick. Trangia’s care instruction is two sentences: “hand wash only. Keep away from fire.”

Made in Sweden. The wool is recycled felted offcuts from Woolpower’s production and the sewing is done by a local manufacturer in Jämtland.
