⚠️ This is the gripper sleeve, not the mess-tin one. Trangia publish no “fits” field for it at all — the fitment comes from their description, which names the pot gripper specifically. Trangia also note it has been included with all gas-burner stoves and camping sets since May 2021, so you may already own one.

Why no two are the same color. The wool is recycled felted offcuts from Woolpower’s production, and the color depends on whatever was being dyed that week. Trangia say so, and it means the one you receive will not match the photograph exactly. We think that is a feature; you should know about it either way.

The fabric is minimum 50% wool, maximum 50% synthetic, 2 mm thick. Trangia’s care instruction is two sentences: “hand wash only. Keep away from fire.”

Made in Sweden. The wool is recycled felted offcuts from Woolpower’s production and the sewing is done by a local manufacturer in Jämtland.
