Why this kit

Airing down is the cheapest traction upgrade there is. Dropping from 35 psi to 18 psi lengthens the tire's footprint, softens the ride over rock and washboard, and keeps you moving in sand, mud and snow. The catch is the other half of the job: you have to put the air back before you hit pavement, and a gas-station hose is not going to do it.

This kit covers both ends of that. It is three products we already sell, packed as one order so nothing gets forgotten at the trailhead.

What's in the kit

• Up Down Air EGOI Portable Air Compressor, 5.6 CFM — single motor, 150 PSI, 24 ft coiled hose with gauge, storage bag. The workhorse of the kit.
• 4-Piece Adjustable Tire Deflator Kit with storage bag — set them once to your target pressure and all four tires drop together while you get on with something else.
• Digital Tire Gauge with valve kit and storage bag — so you know what you actually aired down to, instead of guessing.

Fitment

Nothing here is vehicle specific. The compressor clamps to any 12V battery, and the deflators fit standard valve stems on trucks, Jeeps, SUVs and trailers.
