450 watts from a 12V supply in a two-pound box. This is the inverter for the jobs that do not need a kilowatt — charging laptops and camera batteries, running a small fan, a work light, a soldering iron.
Modified sine wave at this price point. Simple resistive loads are happy with it; sensitive electronics may hum or run warm. For laptop and camera chargers most people find it works fine, but a CPAP machine or an induction plate needs pure sine, and neither would run on 450W anyway.
Small enough to live in a door pocket or a drawer rather than being part of the build, which is often exactly what you want.
