Nalgene 10 oz Flask
$12.99
A slim 10 oz Nalgene flask with a 28 mm cap — pocket-sized, shatter-resistant.
Nalgene’s own pitch for this one is “an all-in-one shot-glass, bottle and sharing vessel,” and the design brief was space: slim and light enough for a jacket pocket, a handbag or the inside pocket of chest waders. It is a flat flask shape, not a bottle, with a small 28 mm screw cap.

This one has the thinnest published data of anything in the Nalgene range, and we are not going to paper over it. Nalgene publishes no material for the flask — we cannot tell you whether it is Tritan or HDPE. And it is the only item in their catalog with no Made-in-USA block and no country-of-origin field at all, which given they stamp that on almost everything is a meaningful silence rather than an oversight. We are treating origin as unverified.
No spirits rating and no hot-liquid rating. Nalgene makes neither claim. Every reference to alcohol on their flask page is in customer reviews, not in Nalgene’s own copy, and we are not going to convert reviews into a rating. The “shot-glass” in the tagline refers to the cap, though Nalgene does not publish the cap’s volume either.
One more thing to check before you order: a 12 oz Nalgene flask also exists in the trade. This listing is the 10 oz.
Care
Dishwasher safe. With no published material we are not going to give you a temperature ceiling — keep hot liquids out of it until we can confirm what it is made of.
Lifetime guarantee
Nalgene covers functional damage — cracks, breaks, broken components from normal intended use — under a Lifetime Guarantee. It excludes cosmetic damage such as scratches, nicks and worn printing, excludes lost or stolen items, and excludes Epic filtration products, which Nalgene routes to Epic Water Filters. Nalgene also states that claims are subject to review and may be rejected. Claims go through Nalgene with a photo and proof of purchase; they ask for 14 to 21 days.
