A folding cutting board. Folded: 6.3 x 9 in. Open: 12.6 x 9 in. 4.4 mm thick.

The fold is what makes it fit. Half the footprint packed, full size in use — so it goes in a camp box that will not take a 16-inch sheet.

Nearly twice the thickness of the Ultralight board at 4.4 mm, which means it has some rigidity to it. You can pick it up loaded with chopped vegetables and carry it to the pot without everything sliding off.

The fold also works as a funnel. Bend it along the crease and scraped food goes into the pan instead of around it.

GSI list the material as polyethylene in their features and polypropylene in their specification. We have not picked one.

Hand wash with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
