Grey end caps with a 1/2 double tie down, sold as a pair.

Cross bar end caps, sold as a pair. They close off the open ends of your cross bars and add tie-down points where you need them most — right at the ends, where a strap naturally wants to run.

Open bar ends collect water, grit and wasps. Capping them keeps the inside of the bar dry and stops the whistling noise open tube makes at highway speed.

Choosing between them: the 1/4 single gives you one tie-down point per cap, the 1/2 double gives you two. If you strap a lot of separate items rather than one big load, the double is worth the extra ten dollars. Both come in grey and brushed finishes.
