The number is the pan diameter in centimeters — confirmed on Evernew’s own pages, which describe each case as being for a “frying pan with diameter 20 cm.” So this one fits our 20 cm Ultralight Aluminum Pan.

One cross-reference caution: the distributor’s own case page lists a set of stock numbers for compatible pans, only one of which is a pan we actually carry. The centimeter figure is the reliable guide, not their list.

Where these numbers come from, honestly. Evernew run a Japanese catalog and a US catalog that use different part numbers for the same product, and they have retired a third older set. The part number this item is sold under is no longer live on Evernew’s site.
