Most rocking camp chairs need a flat surface to rock properly. The cross-brace frame on this one handles the ground you actually camp on.

It is a heavier chair than a folding quad - 15.65 lb - and that is the trade. You get a frame that does not flex and a seat you will still be sitting in two hours after dinner. If weight is your constraint, buy a quad chair instead and we will say so.

Ocean colourway.
