A full camp table for four in one box — speckled enamel over steel, the pattern that has been on tailgates and chuckboxes for a century because it does not chip the way ceramic does and does not taste like the plastic alternative.
Enamelware takes heat, so a plate can come straight off the grill grate and a mug can sit near the fire. It washes with sand and water when that is all you have, and it looks better worn than new.
24 pieces covers four people without the usual camp scramble for a second bowl.
