A folding bow saw with a replaceable blade. Opens into a rigid frame, folds down flat for storage.

The advantage of a bow saw over a chain saw or a hatchet is control: it cuts straight, it cuts fast, and it does it with the blade under tension so it does not bind in green wood.

This is the size for camp firewood — cutting rounds to length, limbing a downed branch, bucking up what you dragged back to camp.

Folding frame means it stores alongside the axe instead of being a bare blade loose in a box.
