A first aid kit built for one person on a one-day trip.

Adventure Medical sizes its kits by how far you are from help, not by piece count. Pick the one that matches your worst realistic day, not your average one.

At this size the contents are chosen for what goes wrong on foot: blisters, cuts, splinters, a sprain, a headache. Not a stripped-down version of a bigger kit.

Light enough to live in a day pack permanently, which is the only way a first aid kit ever helps anyone.
