This is an adaptor, not just a spacer — it changes the bolt pattern as well as pushing the wheel out. It bolts to a 5x4.5 hub and presents a 5x5 face, which lets you run a different set of wheels than your vehicle was built for.

The usual reason is running later Jeep wheels on an earlier axle, or keeping a set of wheels you already own when you change vehicles.

Machined from forged 6061-T6 aluminium, wheel and hub centric, Type II anodized, with Geomet coated 4135 chromoly steel studs. Sold in pairs with all necessary hardware.

Three measurements have to match, not one. Bolt pattern, hub bore and stud thread pitch. A spacer with the right bolt pattern but the wrong bore will not centre properly, and the wrong thread pitch will not thread on at all.
