Where the dishes go after they are washed. The Escape Dish Rack Set is a collapsible drying system containing a drainboard, a dish rack and a multi-functional guttered cutting board. 15.6 x 12.6 inches, 2 inches thick folded, TPR and polypropylene.

The design does three useful things. Raised fins lift the dishes so air gets underneath — GSI say this dries them faster and helps prevent microbial growth. Stabilizing tines hold plates and glasses upright instead of letting them slump into a puddle. And the drainboard has a tray profile that captures the run-off, so your prep surface stays dry.

Our distributor lists this product as the “Escape Dish Rack and Sink Set.” GSI call it the Escape Dish Rack Set, and their contents are a drainboard, a dish rack and a cutting board — no sink and no basin. GSI's own page describes the sink as a separate companion product.

We have published this under GSI's name rather than the distributor's, because the distributor's name promises something that does not appear to be in the box and we would rather lose the search term than take the return. If you want the sink, our Escape Collapsible Sink is listed separately at $19.95 and the two are designed to work together.
