Ten boxes of waterproof matches — enough to put a box in every vehicle, pack, drawer and kit you own.

That is the right way to buy matches. One box in the camp kit is one box you will eventually leave at home. Ten boxes means there is always one where you are.

Waterproof coating, so a soaked box still lights. Not as aggressive as storm matches in wind, but far cheaper per match and perfectly good for a stove, a lantern or a fire in reasonable conditions.
