If you build at 24V - which is the sensible choice for induction cooking, because it halves your current - you still have a vehicle full of 12V things. This converts 24V down to a clean 12V at up to 10 amps for lights, fans, USB points and a radio.

Size it honestly. 10 amps covers lighting and small loads. A 12V compressor fridge on a hot day can pull 5-6A on its own, so check your actual loads before assuming one of these covers everything.

Non-isolated, which is fine where input and output share a ground - the normal case in a single vehicle.
