MEGA fuses are the standard way to protect a high-current DC circuit, and 400A is the rating most 12V 3000VA inverter installs want. Sold in fives because you need spares on hand - a blown main fuse at camp ends the trip if it is the only one you own.
Rated 80V DC, so they cover 12V, 24V and 48V systems. Bolt-down construction, no holder clips to work loose on corrugations.
