A packing cube is one of those things that sounds unnecessary until you have used them, and then you stop digging through a duffel with a headlamp in your teeth. Three sizes in the set, all black ripstop, all with a mesh front panel so you can read the contents without opening anything.

Sized for Plano's Sportsman's Trunks - which is the point of them - but they work the same way in a backpack, a drawer system, a roof-top tent or a plain duffel. The large cube swallows a change of clothes. The small one is about right for a first-aid kit, a cook kit's small parts, or chargers and cables.

Ultra-light ripstop fabric keeps the weight off, and each cube has an expandable compartment so it takes a bit more when you need it to. Webbing haul handle on each one for pulling a cube out of a packed trunk without unpacking the rest. Washer and dryer safe, which matters more than it sounds like it does after a wet week.
