Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally, and we cannot ship to PO boxes.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Freight and oversized items may take longer to release, and we will contact you if an item is delayed or backordered.
Shipping costs
- Standard shipping within the continental United States is a flat $9.95 per order.
- Orders totaling $99.00 or more ship free.
- Oversized and freight items — including roof top tents, truck caps and toppers, bed racks, campers and similar large gear — ship at a flat $99.00 and are not eligible for free shipping.
Oversized items are identified on the product page, and your exact shipping cost is always shown in the cart before you enter any payment details.
Delivery times
Shipping times vary with your location and the item. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are in addition to processing time. Because many of the brands we carry ship directly from their own warehouses, an order containing several items may arrive in more than one shipment, on different days, at no extra cost to you.
Freight deliveries
Oversized items ship by freight carrier. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Freight is curbside delivery: the driver is not required to carry the item into a garage or up a driveway, and you should plan to have help available to receive it.
Inspect your shipment before you sign the delivery receipt. If the crate, pallet or product shows any damage, write “damaged” on the receipt before signing and photograph it. Once you sign a clean receipt, a damage claim can no longer be filed.
Order tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email us and we will check on it.
Delays
JC Overlanders is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Returns and refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. To start a return, email us with your order number and we will send return instructions.
